Ears Are All Clear!

This morning, Reagan successfully underwent double ear tube surgery. After her nap, she didn't appear to be in any discomfort. In a few hours, we start Daddy's Graduation Celebration activities. She will be ready! We are so thankful everything went well and we hope that her ears will be feeling much better!

Second Year Celebration at Nasher Art Museum

Dean Sheppard hosted the Second Year's Alumni Celebration after the last classes/finals at the Nasher Art Museum in Durham, NC. I flew back from Indiana to attend. It was great to see everyone again from Duke, and to start the celebration of all of Dan's accomplishments at Fuqua!

Duke Beach Week at OBX

Many of the second year students at the Fuqua School of Business traveled to the Outer Banks this week after finals were through to attend the Annual SY Beach Week. We stayed in a house with 5 families (including 11 kids!). Reagan didn't mind swimming in the pool, but she loved swimming in the sand!! She also played bocce ball on the beach with the guys. We definitely need to make this an annual vacation must. We all loved it! It was a great way to top off all of the sweet surprises and gifts that Dan & Reagan gave to me for "Mother's Week".

Apple Blossom Festival in Winchester, VA

Reagan experienced her first Apple Blossom Festival in Winchester, VA while visiting her Grandparents and Uncles during the last week in April. If you can't tell, Apple Blossom Festival colors are pink and green, and Reagan capitalized on that opportunity. She watched her Uncle Tim and Uncle Andrew run in a 10K. She also saw her first parade with Grandmarie and the Young Family (Dan's law school roomate and family from Fredricksburg). Her favorite moments however were just hanging out with her Grandmarie and Grandpa Tom, and of course her adoring Uncles!
